Die Genossenschaft kann in eine AG, Kommanditaktiengesellschaft, GmbH oder - falls die Genossenschaft über keine Anteilscheine verfügt und der neu entstehende Verein im HR eingetragen wird - in einen Verein umgewandelt werden.
