Failure to obtain visa
If you still fail to receive a visa for your German course in Berlin we will reimburse you in full for the course costs up to 14 days before the beginning of the course .
If you can present us with a copy of the statement of refusal by the German embassy, cancellation is possible free of charge up to 7 days before your course beginning.

Falls Sie uns eine Kopie des Ablehnungsbescheides der deutschen Botschaft zukommen lassen, so ist eine Stornierung auch bis zu 7 Tage vor Beginn Ihres Deutschkurses kostenlos möglich.

Should TimoCom fail to receive the information required for processing the order within 14 days despite requests made , TimoCom is entitled to terminate the order and charge the basic fee or the performance-related bonus incurred up to that time .
§4 Liability
agb.timocom.comDer Auftraggeber ist verpflichtet, TimoCom mit geeigneten Informationen zu unterstützen.
Erhält TimoCom trotz Anforderung benötigte Informationen zu Bearbeitung des Auftrags innerhalb von 14 Tagen nicht, so ist TimoCom berechtigt, den Auftrag zu beenden und mit der Grundgebühr, bzw. der bis dahin angefallenen Erfolgsprämie abzurechnen.
