Das Realisationsteam wird von der Missionsleitung geführt, mit dem Direktor des TWR-CZ an der Spitze.
Die Missionsleitung ist mehrgliedrig (5) und ihre Aufgabe ist, die Berufung und Ziele von Radio TWR-CZ zu realisieren.
Das Realisationsteam besteht aus drei Bestandteilen:

There are 5 members on the Mission leadership board and its responsibility is to execute the mission and goals of radio ministry.
The Executive team includes three departments: editorial board, technical department and others.
