Der Torbogen rechts trägt auf einer Außenseite die Jahreszahl 1550.Das erste Mal wird der Arkadenhof Lechner im Jahr 1630 als Gastgeber erwähnt.
Seit 1756 wurde das Gastgewerbe hier betrieben und seit 1717 wurde der Handel mit Haus- und Tuchwaren in diesem Haus getrieben.
Seit 9. Juni 1910 ist der Hof nun in der Hand der Familie Lechner / Baldrian.
