Kreolisch ist immer eine Mischsprache, bestehend aus den ursprünglichen Dialekten und der Kolonialsprache und erinnert daher auf den Seychellen stark an Französisch.
Auf den Touristeninseln wird jedoch auch Französisch und Englisch verstanden.
