Der Neuheitswert Ganzheitlicher Produktionssysteme liegt in der Abstimmung und Integration überwiegend bekannter Methoden aus dem Lean Manufacturing , aber auch aus der konventionellen Massenfertigung sowie zur Humanisierung der Arbeit , zu einer umfassenden , unternehmensspezifischen Gesamtlösung .
