Finanziert werden nur zusätzliche Verleihkosten, die über das von der ausländischen Verleihfirma bereits geplante Auswertungskonzept hinausgehen.
Das BAK entscheidet aufgrund der Empfehlung der Fachkommission „Auswertung und Vielfalt.
