Leistungen wie die Ausbildung von Peer Educators, die Erarbeitung von Policies für die Arbeitsplatzprogramme sowie Instrumente für die Interessenvertretung von Arbeitnehmern wurden weiterentwickelt.

Im Transport- und Landwirtschaftssektor haben sich erstmalig unterschiedliche Organisationen auf eine gemeinsame Strategie für die Durchführung von HIV-Präventionsmaßnahmen verständigt und eigene finanzielle Ressourcen für die Umsetzung entsprechender Aktivitäten genutzt.
