Die gleiche Standeserhöhung wird seinem Bruder Abraham ein Jahr später in Preußen zuteil.

This led the College of Arms of the Austro-Hungarian Empire to create the coat of arms that the Oppenheim family still holds today.
His brother Abraham is awarded the same title in Prussia one year later.
