Es stellt die Einstellung der gesamten HABAU-Gruppe dar, dass möglichst alle MitarbeiterInnen solche Arbeitsbedingungen vorfinden sollen, dass sie gesund in Alterspension gehen können.
Künftig werden mit diesem Programm an den drei Standorten Perg, Linz und Loosdorf vermehrt Arbeitsplätze an die Bedürfnisse der KollegInnen angepasst und noch mehr Augenmerk auf Lärm-Dämpfung gelegt.

It represents the attitude of the whole HABAU Group that all employees should if possible have work conditions that enable them to reach pensionable age in good health.
