The reception will begin with a panel discussion entitled “ Zu welchem Ende promovieren? ”( “ Why Do a Doctoral Degree? ” ).Representatives from academia, politics, and the private sector will discuss the value of a doctorate both on the individual and the societal level.
After the discussion, the Graduate Academy invites all doctoral students to get together informally in the Neue Universität over wine and pretzels.
