An Endoloop ® is an allplastic snare, which can be put around the polyp ´ s stalk with an application device, which also closes the Endoloop ® tightly ( left ).
Thereafter the polyp is removed using a cautery snare.
The right picture shows the stalk with the Endoloop ® in place.
