Ihr entsprechend hat der Verwaltungsrat ein Reglement für die Eintragung von Treu händern und Nominees ins Aktien register der Swisscom AG erlassen.
Die Eintragung von Treuhändern und Nominees als Aktionäre mit Stimmrecht setzt ein Gesuch und den Abschluss einer Vereinbarung voraus, die die Eintragungsbeschränkungen und die Meldepflichten des Treu händers beziehungsweise Nominees festhält.
Jeder Treuhänder beziehungsweise Nominee verpflichtet sich be sonders dazu, innerhalb der Grenze von 5% die Eintragung als Aktionär mit Stimmrecht für einen einzelnen wirtschaftlichen Berechtigten für höchstens 0,5% des im Handelsregister eingetragenen Namenaktienkapitals der Swisscom AG zu beantragen.

The entry of trustees and nominees as shareholders with voting rights is subject to application and the conclusion of an agreement specifying the entry restrictions and disclosure obligations of the trustee or nominee.
In particular, each trustee or nominee undertakes, within the limit of 5%, to request entry as a shareholder with voting rights for the account of an individual beneficial owner for no more than 0.5% of the registered share capital of Swisscom Ltd entered in the commercial register.
