World Doctors Orchestra – the WDO really does exist, and it is far more than an amateur orchestra.
It was formed in 2007 by the Berlin professor of medicine Stefan Willich, who was appointed Rector of the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin in 2012; he has conducted the orchestra since its inception.
