Mit Unterstützung des Instituts für Auslandsbeziehungen ( ifa ) konnte Prof. Manfred Boltze von der Technischen Universität Darmstadt als Hauptredner gewonnen werden.
Prof. Boltze ist ein international anerkannter Verkehrsexperte, Leiter des Fachgebiets Verkehrsplanung und Verkehrstechnik an der TU Darmstadt und u.a. wissenschaftlicher Berater des ZIV Zentrums für integrierte Verkehrssysteme.
Eröffnet wird die Konferenz durch den maltesischen Minister für nachhaltige Entwicklung, Umwelt und Klimawandel, Herrn Leo Brincat.

Prof Boltze is an internationally-recognized expert on transport, heads the section for Transport Planning and Traffic Engineering at the Technical University in Darmstadt and amongst other roles is the scientific advisor of ZIV (Institute for Integrated Traffic and Transport Systems).
The conference will be opened by the Hon Minister Leo Brincat, Minister for Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate Change.
