Die SMD Automatenbestükung von oberflächenmontierten Bauelementen ( SMD, SMT ) erfolgt mit 4 voneinander unabhängigen SMD Automatenlinien mit einer Gesamtbestückungsleistung von bis zu 25 000 Bauelementen pro Stunde.
Die hohe Platzier- und Wiederholgenauigkeit unserer modernen Bestückungsautomaten erlaubt uns, Bauformen bis einschließlich 0201, QFP bis 0,3mm und BGA prozesssicher zu bestücken.
