Auf einem 250 m langen und 18 m breiten Grundstück direkt am Meer wird man von 60 Palmen und Zitronenbäume bis zum Ende geleitet, wo sich das wunderschöne Haus befindet.

Spanish architect Carlos Ferrater and his team from Studio OAB designed this family house located in The Ebro Delta, Spain.
Placed at the end of a 250m long and 18m wide plot at the sea, 60 washingtonia palm and lemon trees will guide you to the end to finally reach the house.

Das ehemalige Bankgebäude aus der Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts wurde von dem renommierten Architekten Carlos Ferrater und seinem Studio OAB aus Barcelona grundsaniert und umgebaut.
Die Naturstein-Fassade konnte dabei weitgehend erhalten bleiben.
