Jugendtreff und Manövergelände sind Pilotprojekte im Europäischen Forschungsprojekt GreenKeys und wurden darüber anteilig finanziert.
Die Erschließung ( Wege, Stege, Terrassen ) erfolgte mit städtischen Mitteln.
