www.zes.uni-bremen.deDie Ermittlung der Kompetenzanforderungen in der informellen Wirtschaft sollte nicht nur die Inhalte einer Trainingsmaßnahme bestimmen, sondern auch für die Festlegung der Lernformen maßgeblich sein.
Nach Dehnbostel (2010) besteht ein direkter Zusammenhang zwischen der Lernform und den Lernergebnissen.
Demnach eignet sich informelles Lernen eher zur Aneignung von Erfahrungswissen, während Theoriewissen am besten über strukturiertes Lernen in formalen oder non-formalen Bildungsgängen gesammelt wird.
