KUKA konnte sich durch die Platzierung einer Wandelschuldverschreibung im Februar und im Juli 2013 mit einem Volumen von insgesamt 150 Mio. € eine ausreichende Liquiditätsreserve und ein attraktives Zinsniveau sichern.
Um die Finanzierungsstruktur weiter zu optimieren , hat der Vorstand einen vorzeitigen Rückkauf der Unternehmensanleihe ( High Yield Bond ) zum 15. Mai 2014 entsprechend den Regularien der High Yield Bond-Dokumentation beschlossen und dies heute ( 26. März 2014 ) unwiderruflich durch eine Veröffentlichung an der Börse Luxemburg bekannt gegeben .
Dies wird sich ab dem Geschäftsjahr 2015 positiv auf das Finanzergebnis und damit das Ergebnis nach Steuern auswirken.
