Das Landesbüro in der Dominikanischen Republik steuert überwiegend länderübergreifende Vorhaben mit regionalen Partnern wie der Karibischen Gemeinschaft ( Caribbean Community and Common Market , CARICOM ) , die Zusammenarbeit mit Haiti sowie grenzübergreifende Vorhaben zwischen der Dominikanischen Republik und Haiti .
