The initial product for double cream cheese is normally a standardized, pasteurized milk with a fat content of 8 to 13 percent.

Ausgangsprodukt bei Doppelrahmfrischkäse ist im Normalfall eine eingestellte, pasteurisierte Milch mit einem Fettgehalt von 8 bis 13 Prozent.
