An essential component of the CHAGAL Programme (Curriculum Higher Education Access Programmes Guidelines for Underrepresented Adult Learners) consists of sixteen pilot projects, which should help to gauge the suitability of the CHAGAL guidelines.
In the spring of 2005, these examples of “good practice” were supplemented during a seminar at the ECML (European Centre for Modern Languages) by contributions from 9 other member states of the Council of Europe.
