Auch durch den Aufbau von Programmen der nationalen Koordinationsgremien (CCM), die eine bessere Nachverfolgung der Mittelverwendung ermöglichen (Oversight) und die eine bessere Beteiligung zivilgesellschaftlicher Akteure sicherstellen, wird Good Governance gefördert.
