Mit ihrem zweiten Festival „ Tremplin “ fördert EAC-Boulevart seit Jahren gezielt junge Bands aus den Bereichen Rap / Hip-Hop, Fusion, Rock / Metall und Talente aus der kreativen Jugendszene mit ihrem ‚ Souk Associatif ‘.
EAC-Boulevart gilt als Trendsetter wie , Mover and Shaker ’ zugleich und unterstützt mit Mut und gesellschaftlichen Weitblick z. Bsp. auch junge Frauenbands .
Das Heranwachsen und die Stärkung zivilgesellschaftlicher, demokratisch definierter, offener Kommunikations- wie Dialogstrukturen auf allen Ebenen des kulturellen undsozialen Diskurses ist von entscheidender Bedeutung für den Zusammenhalt und den Austauschder Länder rund um das Mittelmeer.
