In Zusammenarbeit mit Prof. Dr. Axel Rethwilm, Universität Würzburg, wird die Struktur und Funktion der SFV-1 RT durch NMR und weitere biophysikalische, biochemische und virologische Methoden untersucht.
Diese Analysen liefern uns Erkenntnisse über den komplexen Replikationszyklus von Foamy Viren.
