Prepaidkarten kann man in vielen Zeitungskiosken, Tankstellen und Supermärkten anonym gegen Bargeld kaufen.
In Deutschland gilt dabei aufgrund des Gesetzes über das Kreditwesen § 25i eine Obergrenze von 100, - € monatlich.
