Geschäftsanteile sind vor Eintragung des Mitglieds in die Mitgliederliste zur Einzahlung fällig, nach dem Beitritt erworbene weitere Geschäftsanteile mit Unterrichtung des Mitglieds über die Zulassung der Beteiligung.
( 3 ) Die Einzahlungen des Mitglieds auf seine Geschäftsanteile zuzüglich zugeschriebener Gewinnanteile und abzüglich abgeschriebener Verlustanteile bilden sein Geschäftsguthaben.
( 4 ) Eine Abtretung oder Verpfändung des Geschäftsguthabens und / oder von Geschäftsanteilen ist ausgeschlossen.
