Die Kundenbefragung wurde mittels eines Online-Fragebogens im Herbst 2010 bei Veranstaltern durchgeführt.
Dieser umfasste 20 Fragen zu Einzelaspekten der Kundenzufriedenheit mit dem jeweiligen Zentrum entlang der gesamten Prozesskette: vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Endabrechnung.
Hier konnten insgesamt 100 Punkte erreicht werden.
