§ 4 Allgemeine Benutzerpflichten (1) Das Bibliotheksgut und alle Einrichtungen und Ausstattungen sind sorgfältig und schonend zu behandeln und vor Verlust, Veränderung, Beschmutzung oder Beschädigung zu bewahren.
(2) Die Benutzerinnen und Benutzer sind verpflichtet, bei der Entgegennahme einer Medieneinheit diese auf offensichtliche Mängel zu überprüfen und festgestellte Schäden bzw. das Fehlen von Beilagen und Zubehör dem Bibliothekspersonal mitzuteilen.

§ 4 General obligations of the user (1) Library materials and all of fixtures, fittings and equipment must be treated with care and protected against loss, alteration, soiling or damage.
(2) Upon the issue of an item to a user, the user has an obligation to inspect the item for apparent defects and inform the Library staff of any damage detected and/or the absence of any enclosure or accessory.

Die Schließfächer sind sorgfältig zu behandeln und vor Beschädigung und Beschmutzung zu bewahren.
Vor der Inbetriebnahme hat der Benutzer das Schließfach auf seinen ordnungsgemäßen Zustand zu überprüfen.
