On 26. July we also took this panorama from the W side of the T49 hornito cluster.
Notethe complex patterns of old lava flows in the foreground: the fronts, which are most exposed to the air humidity, have already become white due to hydratation.
From left to right, our campsite, hornito T51, our kitchen tent below the cloud, the NW crater rim, white hornitos T49C and T49D, yellow (older) hornitos T44, T46 and sharp T47, and the highest point of Lengai's southern crater rim.
