www.titanicmodell.deAngefangen bei Familie Vogel, welche das Grundstück im Jahr 1796 erwarb und dort „ Vogels Garten “ - ein stadtbekanntes Vergnügungslokal - errichtete bis hin zu Gastwirt Christian Werner, der genau an dieser Stelle ein Wohnhaus mit Schänke betrieb, welches er im Jahr 1858 an den Gartenwirt Franz Poppe verkaufte.
Jener reichte es kurz darauf an den Gastwirt Johann Gottlieb Otto Helling weiter.
Unter dessen Einfluss schließlich ging das Anwesen im Jahr 1879 in das Eigentum des Konzert- und Theatervereins über und erhielt aus städtischer Versorgung einen Trinkwasseranschluss.

That one passed it later on to the restaurant operator Johann Gottlieb Otto Helling.
Under his influence the building went 1879 into the property of the Concert & Theatre Association and received from urban supply the first drinking water connection.
